How much is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is $12.95.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Orders for flowers, funeral flowers, plants, dish gardens, and balloon bouquets are available for same day delivery Monday through Friday if ordered by 12:00 pm in the recipient’s time zone. Often we are able to accommodate requests made as late as 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Exceptions are often made to accommodate funeral or memorial services. If we are unable to deliver as requested, we will contact you via telephone or email upon receipt of your order.

We prefer fruit baskets, gourmet fruit baskets, and junk food baskets be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. Florists often do not have fresh produce and gourmet products available and need additional time in order to prepare the fruit basket or gourmet fruit basket.

Can I have my order delivered on a specific date?

Yes, you may order as far in advance as you would like. However, delivery is rarely available on Sundays and is often limited during holidays.

Do you deliver on Saturdays? How about Sundays? Holidays?

Saturday deliveries are available for flowers, funeral flowers, plants, dish gardens, fruit baskets, and balloon bouquets if you place your order by 10:00 am in the recipient’s time zone on the Saturday which you are requesting delivery. Delivery is not available on Sundays or on National Holidays.

Can I have my order delivered at a specific time?

Timed deliveries can be requested but are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Timed deliveries are never accepted during holidays.

We are often able to accommodate special requests placed in the special comments section. “She loves purple”, for example. You may prefer to order via telephone at (800) 359-0080 in order to verify we are able to accommodate your special request.

Can I have my order delivered to a post office box?

Deliveries can not be made to a post office box. We must have a physical street address in order to make a delivery.

What if the person I send flowers to is not home?

This situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. Deliveries may be left at the front or back door if the item will not be damaged by extreme weather conditions. It may be left with a neighbor. It may be returned to the flower shop until redelivery can be scheduled.

Will my floral arrangement, fruit basket, or plant look exactly as shown?

Unfortunately, no. Remember we are working with products of Mother Nature... most blooms are similar, but rarely identical. All flowers shown are not available throughout the year throughout the country. While subtitutions are often necessary, every attempt to design a floral arrangement that very closely matches your selection will be made.

How long can I expect my flowers to last?

Most flowers last 5-7 days. The expected life of flowers can vary widely based on the type of flower and how they are cared for. We offer a 48-hour guarantee on our flowers. If you notice any flowers that are starting to wilt within the first 48 hours or the arrangement doesn’t seem as fresh as it should be please let us know immediately.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is handled on a case-by-case basis. In the rare event you are not satisfied with the quality or the freshness of our products please let us know within 48 hours of the delivery. After 48 hours it is very difficult for us to determine if the quality of the product was compromised prior to the delivery or if the quality was compromised after the delivery due to neglect or improper care. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to resolve any quality issues to your satisfaction. The resolution may include a replacement and/or refund depending on the circumstances.
