We can usually guarantee orders received before 12:00 Noon in the recipient's time zone to be delivered that same day within the U.S. and Canada. Occasionally, due to unforeseen restrictions (ie. weather conditions) and during major holidays, we are unable to make
same day deliveries. We will contact you as soon as possible if your
delivery request cannot be met. Deliveries are NOT available on Sundays or legal holidays. Orders placed for delivery on these days will be made the following Monday/business day.
International Orders If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the U.S. or Canada, please call us direct at (713) 461-1138 or (800) 359-0080. Due to the specifics of such orders we do not accept international orders on-line. We strive to create each arrangement ordered from our web site exactly as shown. However, substitutions may be necessary. We
cannot guarantee that all of the flowers displayed are available throughout the United States at all times during the year. Flower availability, color selections, and prices fluctuate seasonally. We reserve the right to make minor substitutions while providing an arrangement including the same types of flowers, color selection, and
style of design. Delivery fees vary throughout the country. All orders are subject to a wire/delivery fee of $12.95. Charges to your credit card will be adjusted if delivery is available at a lessor rate.
All orders are subject to 8.25% Texas state sales tax. We are located in the United States; therefore, we
only accept U.S. currency. We accept the following credit cards for
your convenience: American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. We will gladly accept orders via facsimile
transmission. Simply print a copy of our order page showing your
